Evansville city officials set up a place where you can keep your cool as temperatures climb into the stratosphere.
The CK Newsome Center in downtown Evansville is open from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm.
The entire community is welcome to stop in and cool off.
The Red Cross will be providing bottled water and cooling supplies.
In addition, citizens can visit any library location during regular hours.
