Convicted murderer Elizabeth Fox-Doerr receives a sentence of 60 years on count one, murder, and 30 years on count two, conspiracy to commit murder.
The defense maintained their belief in their client’s innocence.
The judge cited aggravating factors such as it occurring outside his home and bullets hitting neighboring homes.
The defense requested that Fox-Doerr remain incarcerated where she is currently so they can more effectively communicate with their client during the upcoming appeals process, which the judge agreed to.
