Warrick County Board of Health can resume its distribution of vital records.
Last Friday during an emergency hearing Dr. Julie Wohrley was appointed interim health officer.
As we reported last week, Dr. Ricky Yeager was suspended on June 12.
Yeager notified the county that he would withhold the licenses and stamps of his office leaving the department unable to issue birth and death certificates.
Dr. Wohrley is board-certified in pediatrics and is associated with Deaconess Gateway Hospital and Riley Specialty Clinic.
