A former Evansville addiction counselor has been sentenced to 16 years in prison.
EPD received tips that Michael Hagedorn was selling drugs while offering counseling services.
During a search of his Newburgh home, nine firearms were found along with body armor, marijuana, and digital scales.
Officers also found handwritten ledgers showing the names of people who owed Hagedorn money.
His sentencing includes 10 years for dealing meth, 10 years for dealing a narcotic drug, and a habitual offender sentencing enhancement of six years.
