A judge has ordered a mental evaluation for a man charged with reckless homicide.
23-year-old Romance Williams is accused of killing a pedestrian on Franklin Street last April.
Williams was allegedly driving 90 mph when he struck and killed 31-year-old Denzel McElroy.
The evaluation is set for August 13.
