A Henderson man is behind bars in Vanderburgh County on numerous charges.
Just before 2:00 Monday morning an Evansville police officer stopped a speeding vehicle near E. Columbia Street.
The passenger, 24-year-old Kolby Deno hopped out and started running.
A stun gun was used after police yelled several times for him to stop.
A brown blunt was found in his left hand and a gun was inside his shorts pocket.
Police say the gun was modified with a device that converts the weapon into a machine gun.
Deno allegedly admitted during an interview that the Glock was modified.
