An Evansville man is behind bars after investigators say he pulled a gun on a family along the Evansville riverfront.
The victim told officers he, his girlfriend, and their daughter were walking through Dress Plaza when a man in an SUV made eye contact with them.
30-year-old Kwantrel Mockobee shouted at them, and then, near the 4 Freedoms monument, he allegedly pulled a gun and pointed it at each of them in turn.
A witness saw a young person get out of the car and take a gun from Mockobee, who was booked into jail without bond.
