The trial for a man accused of killing two people in Posey County came to an abrupt end with a guilty plea on Day 2.
The prosecution contended that Austin Kusturin shot and killed John and Elizabeth Hall inside their home in Mt. Vernon in November of 2021.
Kusturin pleaded guilty to all 11 charges including murder, burglary, robbery, and possession of a firearm by a felon.
He faces up to 170 years in prison.
