The City of Boonville invites local workers, citizens, and faith leaders to gather at the police station this morning.
A ceremony will be held at 11:00 to honor workers who have died, suffered illness or injuries on the job this past year in Indiana.
Following the service, there will be a dedication to the Boonville City Police Station.
The decision was made to reinvest in the current building located in the center of the city.
The remodel includes heat and air upgrades, additional office space, heated steps, and a new elevator.
