An 18-year-old man from St. Louis is in the Vanderburgh County Jail after he was caught with drugs.
Martreill Payne was in a vehicle with three other people refusing to be stopped by police.
When the car finally stopped all four people fled on foot in the area of Rheinhardt Avenue.
Payne was caught a short time later.
The other three people were juveniles.
A digital scale along with marijuana and cocaine were found.
Two of the teens were taken to the Youth Care Center.
One of them was charged with possession.
