After a pursuit with deputies, an Evansville man is in the Gibson County Jail.
Tuesday night 40-year-old Nicholas Henderson was clocked on his motorcycle traveling 55 in a 30 mph zone on South Main Street in Princeton.
The deputy attempted to stop him, but Henderson refused.
The deputy followed him on multiple county roads and briefly on Highway 41 before the driver stopped and was placed into custody.
Henderson is charged with reckless driving and resisting law enforcement with a vehicle.
