A person is in custody after a shooting on Evansville’s eastside.
It happened on Sunday afternoon around 4:30 in the 1900 block of Burdette Avenue.
Abraham Limo was grocery shopping when he received a call from the victim’s girlfriend asking him for help.
Limo says his friend was covered in blood when he arrived on the scene to drive him to the hospital.
The name of the suspect has not been released.
