A Henderson woman was arrested on Wednesday for allegedly stealing from her former employer.
34-year-old Courtney Owen worked for Elpers Truck Equipment in Evansville.
She was in charge of completing payroll.
The business claims Owen forged a form to give herself a raise.
She was supposed to make $750 a week, but from January to June of last year paid herself $1,400 a week.
That’s more than $14,000 in extra payments.
Owen was booked into the Vanderburgh County Jail and has since been released.
