Madisonville Police have made an arrest in a kidnapping investigation.
A woman reported that a man forcibly took her and her toddler from their home Tuesday morning.
Police identified that man as 34-year-old Pablo Vasquez.
The victim claims she was raped by Vasquez.
Her child wasn’t hurt.
Police later found Vasquez at his home where he was taken into custody.
He faces kidnapping, endangering the welfare of a minor, assault, and rape charges.
