Evansville’s new mayor, Stephanie Terry, will deliver her first State of the City address tomorrow.
Her speech will focus on the first 100 days of her administration.
The address will occur at the Riverfront Event Center at Bally’s, before the weekly Rotary Club meeting.
It happens at noon on Tuesday and is open to the public.
