Early Thursday morning Gibson County Deputies responded to a call regarding two individuals in a red SUV shining flashlights into people’s windows.
Upon arriving in the area, the suspects and vehicle were located by deputies.
63-year-old Jeffrey Burkhart was found to have meth in his possession.
He was taken to jail and charged with possession of meth and paraphernalia.
The second subject was released from the scene, but charges could be filed as this is still an open case.
