Law Enforcement from the Gibson County Sheriff’s Office and Oakland City Police Department responded to a disturbance report around 5:00 PM Wednesday.
After speaking to witnesses, 36-year-old Erica Lawrence was taken into custody and transported to the Gibson County Jail.
Lawrence is charged with battery in the presence of a child, confinement, and interference in the reporting of a crime.
