Former Evansville Fire Chief Mike Connelly, who stepped down last September, is being accused of sexual harassment.
The victim claims she has proof Connelly filmed her with his phone during meetings.
The victim says he did it once again around a year later.
The victim alleges Connelly apologized after being caught again and said he filmed her because he felt a connection to her.
The victim told HR she would get anxiety when coming in to work and the mere mention of his name made her nervous.
