A former McDonald’s employee is facing multiple charges including theft.
Madisonville Police were called to the 1400 block of North Main when four cash deposits, totaling more than $4,400 were missing from the safe.
52-year-old Michelle Brown admitted to stealing the money to avoid being homeless.
Police served a search warrant on a hotel room at the Days Inn that Brown was staying in.
Two other people were inside the room with drugs and paraphernalia.
One of the occupants jumped from a second-story window in an attempt to avoid them.
All three were arrested on multiple charges.
