This morning all three Warrick County Commissioners will make their first court appearance.
Terry Phillippe, Dan Saylor, and Robert Johnson are charged with perjury and official misconduct.
The charges come after the investigation of the Warrick County Animal Control and Health Department, which resulted in the arrest of Danielle Barnes and two others.
Witnesses reported to police that the commissioners tried to cover up crimes committed by Animal Control employees.
