A 38-year-old Henderson man is behind bars after allegedly trying to hide child porn he had on his cell phone.
Henderson police responded to the 10 block of Gardengate Drive around 1 AM Wednesday about a complaint that James Turner was trying to solicit child porn.
During their investigation, officers say they caught Turner deleting pornographic images of children off his phone.
Turner faces Advertising Matter Portraying Sex Performance By Minor and Tampering with Physical Evidence charges.
