A Henderson man was arrested Thursday morning and charged with drunk driving.
46-year-old Damon Busby is being held on a $1,500 cash bond in the Henderson County Detention Center.
He is the same man who ran a red light at Highway 41 and Covert Avenue in 2020 killing three people.
He crashed into the back of an SUV causing the vehicle to burst into flames.
Crystal Lawrence and her two children were killed.
He was sentenced to six years probation.
He has a scheduled court date for Monday.
