A woman whose infant nephew was found last fall covered in blood and with more than 50 rat bites has been sentenced.
Delaina Thurman was arrested on neglect charges last September.
She reached a plea deal and was released from jail.
On Wednesday she was formally sentenced to two years of probation.
The baby’s parents, David and Angel Schonabaum, were also arrested.
They are set for trial on neglect charges in April.
