University of Evansville officials and Evansville police met with reporters on Monday to discuss the arrest of a former U of E employee.
20-year-old Zachariah Brock was a locksmith who is accused of taking panties along with checks and gift cards from women’s dorm rooms.
Police said they found more than 100 pieces of stolen mail, making federal charges possible.
Investigators are unsure how many victims are involved.
The investigation is still very open.
