Investigators say a man regretted selling an SUV so he allegedly took a two-by-four to it causing some damage.
33-year-old Gregory Jean Baptiste was arrested Sunday afternoon on battery and criminal mischief charges.
Officers responded to an apartment complex on Irish Lane and found the SUV with considerable damage and blood on the ground.
The victim said he bought the car from Jean Baptiste and had the title.
That’s when police Jean Baptiste broke the door handles and windows and mirrors.
Both men were hospitalized after a fight.
Jean Baptist has been released from jail.
