Police responded to Huck’s gas station on 4th Street in Mt. Vernon for a disturbance on Tuesday night.
By the time officers arrived the two male subjects were gone.
A trooper later located the vehicles that were at the gas station earlier, along with a large group of teens.
20-year-old Rayce Liggett-Kueber was found with a bottle of brandy in the center console of his truck.
Kueber was arrested after displaying signs of impairment.
During the arrest, he forcibly resisted and allegedly threatened officers.
A State Trooper was injured during the incident.
He was transported to the Posey County Jail and is held without bond.
