A suspect is being sought in the shooting of a woman Sunday afternoon.
The call came in about 12:30 pm and police were sent to Buckner Towers on Cherry Street.
Arriving units found a woman with a non-life-threatening gunshot wound to the abdomen.
She was taken to the hospital.
Police believe they know who the shooter is.
SWAT Team members served a warrant on a home on Cherry Street but the suspect wasn’t there.
