Booth 105 – Cynthia Heights PTA. Chicken and Waffles. New item this year and destined for Franklin Street stardom!
Booth 106 – The Cathedral.
Booth 107 – USI Varsity Club. Renowned for their steak sandwich and again it didn’t disappoint. Get it loaded!
Booth 108 – It Takes a Village. Catfish sandwich. Perfectly deep fried and served with a smile. The fish tastes fresh too.
Booth 109 – St Peter’s UCC. Chicken and dumplins. All of my tasting team consider themselves experts when it comes to locally sourced chicken and dumplins. Every team member gave a thumbs up.
Booth 110 – Evansville Day School. the always popular Puppy Chow! According to Day School, they make a lot and sell out every year.
Booth 111 – Boy Scout Troop 350.
Booth 112 – Central High School Band Boosters. Legendary booth featuring past award winning potato soup and red velvet cup cakes. All made with love and care by Miss Nancy in the Central cafeteria.
Booth 113 – McCutchanville Community Church. Strawberry shortcake with ice cream. Classic treat made well.
Booth 114 – Outboard Motor Club. Famous for the first pork parfaits on the street, they now have burnt end parfaits. Another level in meat and potato parfait technology.
Booth 119 – Catalyst Church. New item this year, the Oreo Churro. Crunchy, not soggy like a deep fried cookie. Very tasty.
Booth 120 – Hudson and Reed Foundation. Biscuits and gravy. Good gravy. Good biscuits, too. In fact this booth carries mostly breakfast foods but they’re not open for breakfast. It’s a breakfast all day kind of thing.
Booth 121 – Grace of Christ Ukraine Mission. Drop what you’re doing and go to this booth right now. Order the Pelmeni dumplins booth fried and boiled. Dip them in the sour cream sauce. You’re welcome.
Booth 122 – Young and Established. Crab Rangoon but in chip and dip form! Excellent. Second year for this dish.
Booth 123 – Faith Church. New item this year – Loca Mocha Coffee with Chocolate sauce and whipped cream. Made with Monster Energy Drink. Need we say more?
Booth 124 – Howell General Baptist Church. Not just a Pronto Pup. THE pronto pup. The original. The first of the festival. Ingredients are of course a well guarding secret (but we tried).
Booth 125 – Optimists. See that line? They’re all waiting for their Texas Tenderloin. How good is it? See that line?
Booth 126 – Building Blocks.
Booth 127 – West Terrace Booster Club. Stromboli. For ten years it’s been their best seller and for good reason. Get it with onions.
Booth 128 – Community of Christ. Waffle Dog on a Stick. Yes! Back by popular demand!
Booth 129 – Evansville Junior League Football. Not just regular catfish, Cajun catfish! It’s their best seller for a reason.
Booth 130 – The River. Ladies and gentlemen, presenting the Loaded Corn Dog! Hand dipped corn dog and covered in chili, cheese and drizzled with ranch. Yes, napkins are provided.
Booth 131 – Hadi Shrine Arab Patrol. New item this year – Loaded French Fries. Just what you’d expect: fries, loaded. Thumbs up from the team (with their mouths full).
Booth 132 – Germain Mannachor. The amazing Kraut Balls. Can’t leave Fall Festival without an order.
Booth 133 – Perry Heights. OK, brace yourself. It’s the Jalapeno Popper Grilled Cheese Sandwich on Texas toast and encrusted in sour cream and onion chips. Are you kidding? No, try it! Also available in a West Side option featuring Grippos, of course.
Booth 134 – Teakoppel Tigers. Fruit Salsa with Cinnamon Chips. It’s a Health Choice that’s actually really tasty! Very refreshing.
Booth 135 – Youth Recourses. All about Pretzel Bites at this booth. They come in an array of flavors!
Booth 136 – Evansville Rescue Mission. Chicken Bacon Ranch Mac and Cheese. Everyone’s favorite comfort foods together in a Styrofoam bowl! Team fave.
Booth 137 – Hadi Oriental Band. Deep fried Oreo. Classic Fall Festival and a staple here for years.
