A big “THANK YOU” to my 2023 Fall Festival “tasting team.” Arden Gregory from Channel 14 WFIE, Jodi Keen from Evansville Living Magazine, and WIKY I.T. director / in-house foodie, Nolan Elpers. Here is our rundown on our section of Franklin Street.

#69 Sigma Alpha Epsilon
Item: Westsider Haysack. A uniquely West side take on the walking taco. In a bag with crushed Grippos. Definitely had a delicious kick.
#70 Delta Zata
Item: Freeze dried Nerds cluster. An airy and sweet snack. Think of crunchy cotton candy.
#71 Tau Kappa Epsilon

#74 Right to Life of Southwest Indiana
Not a food item, but a baby photo contest. If you have a 2 year old or under that you would like to submit for the photo contest, stop by their booth.
#75 Vanderburgh County Humane Society
Item: Sampler platter. Consisting of fried green beans, fried green tomatoes, and fried mac & cheese. Each item was fried perfectly, and my entire team agreed the fried green tomatoes were our favorite.

#90 Mater Dei Marching Wildcats
Item: Popper tenderloin. This is a new item this year for this booth. A pork tenderloin sandwich, topped with a cheesy jalapeno popper. The tenderloin has a great crust, and juice on the inside. With a definite kick from the jalapeno.
#91 Pride of Bosse Marching Bulldogs
