The Owensville Town Marshal with the assistance of multiple other officers went to a home in Gibson County after receiving a tip of drug activity.
This was allegedly going on next door to a state-owned preschool.
Upon arriving and walking up to the building that had several sleeping quarters officers could smell raw marijuana.
28-year-old Michael Gillispie and 34-year-old Seth Ortizaleman were located in a common area inside the building.
Both men were arrested and charged with dealing and possession of marijuana.
