An Owensboro man was jailed after allegedly shooting someone twice and leaving the scene.
Owensboro police arrived just before 10:30 Saturday night at West Second Street and River Road but quickly learned that the shooting took place near the Ohio River.
There, officers found a male victim with two non-life-threatening gunshot wounds to the abdomen.
Two hours later they found 34-year-old Yehoshua Millay and booked him on assault, gun, and drug charges.
