Two brothers were arrested in Evansville as they tried to make purchases with phony money.
Abryn and Aaron Harris of Louisville were linked to the counterfeit 100-dollar bills that were used in both east and west side Chick-fil-A and Petsmart.
An alert employee at Pet Smart noticed that the money was phony and denied the purchase.
The brothers were booked into the Vanderburgh County Jail and have since been released on bond.
