One person was killed and two others were taken to the hospital with minor injuries sustained in a two-vehicle crash.
It happened around 7:30 last night on Interstate 69 in Vanderburgh County.
29-year-old Mariah Kammerer was reportedly driving at a high rate of speed and hit the other car.
A passenger in that car was the person killed.
Witnesses said Kammerer smelled heavily of alcohol.
She was found to have a blood alcohol content of more than 2.5 times the legal limit.
She was arrested and charged with DUI causing death.
