Mobile and in person retail betting is getting ready to launch at horse tracks in the Bluegrass state including Ellis Park in Henderson County.
Mobile betting starts September 28th while in person retail betting starts September 7th allowing bettors to deposit money into their pre-registered mobile accounts with approved mobile applications.
