The newest resident of Mesker Park Zoo and Botanic Garden came from deep in the heart of Texas.
A 4-year-old Grants Zebra named Rowan was given a warm welcome by the zoo staff.
Rowan came from Gladys Porter Zoo in Brownsville Texas.
Rowan was first introduced to the zoo’s two female zebras, Lucy and Sudoko, a couple of weeks ago.
