The Princeton community gathered on Sunday after waiting months to take a peek back in time with the reveal of three-time capsules.
Two dated back to 1912, and a third recently recovered from the Franklin school was from 1922.
Items ranged from coins, newspapers, flags, and toy guns.
Some of the memorabilia is headed to the Indiana State Library to be studied.
In the coming months, high school students plan to make their time capsule.
