A truck was stopped by EPD after witnessing it swerve all over the roadway, nearly hitting other vehicles on Fulton Avenue.
The driver, 27-year-old Aaron Derr allowed officers to search his clothes and his vehicle.
A folded-up piece of paper with a brown powder substance was found in his pants pocket.
Heroin, marijuana wax, and kratom pills were found inside his truck.
Derr admitted to smoking heroin and marijuana before driving.
He was booked into the Vanderburgh County Jail on several drug and traffic-related charges.
He has since been released.
