The Vanderburgh County Health Department has information regarding a product recall on an item with potential lead exposure.
The items are the 8 oz. and 12 oz. models of CUPKIN children’s cups sold on Amazon.
They come in 12 different color combinations including a matching straw.
Consumers should stop using them immediately.
The Health Department will be at the Vanderburgh County Fair on Thursday from 2:30-6:00 providing information and scheduling lead testing.
Lead is toxic if ingested by young children and can cause adverse health effects.
