One of the teens charged with murder in the death of GayMee Paw probably will not be tried as an adult.
The Daviess County Attorney says the teen appeared in court, and according to Kentucky law cannot be waived to adult court.
Another teen also faces charges in the case, but there’s been no revelation on whether that person will face adult court.
Paw was shot last month near Ben Hawes Park.
Elsewhere, the teen accused in the murder of 16 year old Demarion Black could be transferred to adult court shortly.
Once the transfer motion is filed, a hearing will be set.
Black was found on Hughes Avenue with several gunshot wounds.
