Over the weekend, the Tri-State experienced damaging storms that stretched from Illinois to Indiana. Hail, damaging winds, and even tornadoes were spotted in certain counties. French Lick experienced damaging hail, and it even caused damage to the West Baden Springs Hotel.

According to their official Twitter page, the hotel will remain open but the famous atrium will be closed until further notice.
Due to today’s hail storm, West Baden Springs Hotel sustained extensive hail damage.
The hotel remains open to guests. However, the atrium is closed indefinitely.
