The rest of the Dust Bowl event has been moved inside the C.K. Newsome Center by area law enforcement after gunfire damaged a car parked outside the event.
Evansville police say a gunman fired shots into the window of a car that was parked on Morton Avenue.
The owner of the car was reportedly attending the Dust Bowl event.
The victim said he knew the suspect but wouldn’t say who it was, declaring that he would handle the problem himself.
There was a rifle in his car.
