The Fourth of July is less than two weeks away and most people celebrate with fireworks.
Vanderburgh County Sheriff Noah Robinson wants to remind us that there are rules to follow to keep the holiday safe.
You may discharge fireworks on your property until 11:00 p.m. and on a legal holiday until midnight.
If you are under 18 years of age, an adult must be present.
Damaging another person’s property or injuring someone is a punishable offense, and so is littering.
The City of Evansville will have their fireworks displayed over the Ohio around 9:15.
