Evansville Police responded to a call on Keck Avenue around 6:30 Sunday morning in response to a female wearing only glasses and shoes.
44 year old Roxy Babb had made it a few more blocks before officers located her.
She was cuffed and transported to the Vanderburgh County Confinement Center and charged with public indecency.
