Southwestern Behavioral Healthcare in Vanderburgh County received $2.6 million in grants from the state.
The money will be used to expand and enhance their sub-acute Crisis Receiving and Stabilization Services Program.
President and CEO of SW Behavioral Health, Katy Adams says it will increase their resources and make a team available 24/7, and will also feature a pilot program they were chosen by the state to be in.
The funds, as a whole, will help them reach people in Evansville and other regions.
