Walls Come Tumbling Down For City Pool

The wrecking ball has come to the walls of the nearly-50-year-old Lloyd pool.

The old city-run pool is just off First Avenue.

The demolition area is fenced off, and onlookers must stay on he outside of the chain link if they wish to watch the building come down.

There’s been no decision as yet on what will replace the Lloyd Pool on that property.
