It was a normal shopping day at Eastland Mall Saturday evening until a large fight broke out inside around 7:00.
Two officers in the parking lot noticed people running out and heard a man yelling “shots fired!”
Witnesses told police that guns were displayed, and someone said, “they were going to blow this place up”.
Although police say no shots were fired, they began searching for victims and clearing individual stores.
A gun magazine was found in the middle of the mall and a gun was later found underneath a car.
Two juveniles are in custody and there may be more after Mall security footage is reviewed.
