A Princeton man was arrested at an Evansville bar after security was told that he was in possession of narcotics.
Officers escorted 29 year old Trevor Allerellie outside where he admitted that he had cocaine in his possession.
He was also found to have a plastic baggie containing narcotics and two rolled up dollar bills.
Allerellie was transported to the Vanderburgh County jail.
After arriving, the suspect got away from police by running out of the police station door.
Officers yelled verbal commands for him to stop and were able to regain custody.
Allerellie has since been released after posting bail.
