The body found last Saturday at the Bluegrass Fish and Wildlife Area in Warrick County has been identified as 27 year old Manuel Heaton of Evansville.
His body was discovered 350 yards south of Kansas Road and St. Johns intersection.
The Indiana Department of Natural Resources is leading the investigation, since Heaton was found in a wildlife area.
The cause of death has not been released, although this has be determined a homicide.
