Pizza Joint That’s Been Around For Decades Moving To New Location

Roca Bar of Evansville will open its new Washington Avenue location May 15.

The longtime pizza business announced on their Facebook page that they will close the original location on Kentucky Avenue on April 30th.

Roca Bar has been an Evansville mainstay since 1943 when it reportedly served the city’s first pizza.

The new location will be in the former Schnuck’s building on Washington Avenue near Green River Road.
