The bodies of two Indiana University students were recovered from Lake Monroe in Bloomington around 11:30 Tuesday morning.
19 year old Siddhant Shah and 20 year old Aryan Vaidya had been missing since Saturday.
They were found in 18 feet of water in an area east of Paynetown Marina.
The two students were on a pontoon boat with a group of friends.
They anchored the boat to swim.
A search began after Shah and Vaidya did not resurface, and the attempts to find them by friends failed.
Both students attended IU’s Kelley School of Business.
